Filing Instructions not printing

Just this morning when trying to print return in Pro Series Basic it is not printing the filing instructions, only invoice and on. I checked that the correct box is checked off and tried in filing, client and preparer copies. Any one else experiencing this?

Did you install an update before the problem started?

The filing instructions are not printing for me either and I have ProSeries Professional.  What is the issue here???

Do you have the little box checked to print letters in the print options?

I figured it out.  These selections used to carry over from the previous year ever since I started using ProSeries in 2010.  Another CPA I know had the same issue.

This year there are more than one letter you have to go in and choose what letter you want printed.
