Has anyone created a new template email for their clients using Esignature, and the NEXT button is light grey and cannot be selected to proceed forward?

Yes! Just today. I re-entered the email address and all was good. It seams to be corrupting the email address.

Thank you, Tim! That is also what we discovered.
Just happened again. I've filed about 20 returns with no issues.
Typing the email in again fixed it.
