Electronic Fund Withdrawal

Trying to electronically file and pay a return but the interest and penalties calculated on the return are not included in the draft amount. Is there another way to override the electronic payment to include penalties and interest?

Seeing multiple complaints about this recently, I guess it worked in prior years.   Must be something about changing the due date this year that flubbed it up.
