I am not sure i have submitted a client, but when i look under electronic filling, it says accepted. When i ask for an acknowledgement, it says NOT exist or not available? How to make sure if it has been accepted by IRS OR NOT

have 10 clients which were filed electronic, and does not appears to be filed
electronic filing, I have filed and submitted 10 clients which does not shows as received
