e signature

client answered the questions and dashboard history reads she passed authentication, but when she went to go forward to sign an error message popped up and reads "Something on our end isn't working", small letters under reads "Go back to your email and try again after some time" 

She has tried a few times during the last 6 hours and it's not allowing her, same message

Is it really worth all the aggravation for a signature?

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
