I filed a return for a client on 2/26/21 however she still does not have her refund. When checking with IRS they say it is lost. Pro Series will not let me re-file so what do I do now?

They might be forced to file paper.

When did you call? Do you have proof of efiling and acceptance from the software?
What do you think might happen if you call again?
