I am looking for a way to generate an organizer for all of my clients from the previous year to help them collect all of their tax information. Does the ProSerice Basic application have an option for this?

You need to take the jump to the professional version for that feature.
Basic is just that, basic. You need Professional for the organizers.
As a Basic customer you do have access to a free copy of Professional, so you could install Pro and download the Organizer product. I think they run about $11 each or you can buy unlimited for around $350.
Are you sure you need a formal organizer from Pro Series? Can't you prepare your own organizer if you need it? How many of your clients are actually going to fill it out and send it back?
