My DocuSign shows that I do not have any eSignatures in my balance. I had 12 available; just bought 55 more and it still shows zero. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know a quick solution.

It is showing zero for me as well just now. I have about 40 remaining. Something must be wrong. How do we notify them of the problem?
Having this same problem too -- but also cannot request any new e-signatures, as the window just gets stuck on the "add documents" screen & cannot hit "next." I reported the error via "control+L" but who knows how long this will take to remedy.
