Do we have a program that will produce an amortization schedule for a loan payment with a baloon payment after two years?

My client is selling her dance business (not any real estate) to her assistant and I need to print her an amortization schedule with a baloon payment after two years.

You should be able to do that in any spreadsheet program (IE. Excel) in about 10 minutes.

Not within ProSeries.  If you have some kind of spreadsheet program like Excel, you could easily do something like that.

The sun was in my eyes.  My shoelaces were untied.  The phone rang.  I have lots of excuses if I need them 😁

I have one bookmarked but I have so many bookmarks that, as @Just-Lisa-Now- suggests, I just Google and find the one I like, along with many others.

I bookmarked a website that has a lot of them listed, by category:

https://www.azcentralcu.org/loans/calculators

For instance, the generic Debt calculator there will take you to:

https://www.fintactix.com/azcentral/tools/debt/d08

And there are links from that loan payoff schedule graphic view to the amortization table.
