Mine opened just fine, Didn't get the message you got.
No but I did get a message about some client files mismatch... I just ignored it.
I average close to a hundred of these each year. I've had a few so far this year. Most I don't know why. But I did find out if another Intuit product is doing something at the same time (like QB desktop) it's a larger percentage of the crashes.
I get that client mismatch quite often this year. I am not really sure what it means but I go through the steps to fix it. not sure why it keeps popping up.
