Dependent Without SS# because they are Mennonite

Trying to find out how to enter a dependent that doesn't have a SS# because they are Mennonite. 

This client filed last year with H&R Block and efiled and didn't furnish a SS# for dependent child

Well, yes, but remember that President Trump signed the 2017 law that changed all this.  Some people got a free pass for 2018 until IRS decided the law is the law.  A few pages of history are at
