If a taxpayer did not receive the 2nd Economic Payment, are they able to claim this on the "Economic Impact Payments Worksheet". This particular situation is there bank account info changed and the payment was sent to the old bank account which is where the 1st Economic Payment went to.
Thank you,
Stephen

If they never received it you'd enter 0 on Line 19 of the Recovery Rebate worksheet. Hopefully IRS' computers will have a way to tell that they didnt actually receive it even though it was sent...this is going to be an issue for many people this year.

Proseries Economic Payment W/S is not calculating the payments for the 2nd payment only the 1st payment. Meaning they received the 1st and I enter this amount in there and the W/S thinks they recd the full payment. However, they did not receive the 2nd payment.
How do I inform Proseries of this?
I updated installed products and now the EIP 2 is on the W/S.
Thank you
