Client Organizer

Trying to create a 2023 client organizer for existing client. Instructions say go to file transfer and select box 1 "2022 Form 1040 to 2023 Organizer". This is not an option in the drop down window - has anyone had a similar problem?

Did you purchase the organizer module?

I believe so - I am on a year 3 of my 3 year contract. I was able to generate the client organizers in prior years. I assume the features would be the same over the 3 years.

I wasn't aware that ProSeries offered 3 year contracts.  Which package did you purchase?

Click on updates.  Then click on select and download new products.  Make sure that the organizer module is checked.
