CARES Act pension relief software availability?

Any estimated date that the software will be updated for CARES act pension relief for avoiding the 10% penalty and reporting the income over three years?

we need Form 8915E, IRS doesnt even have a final version available on their website yet, Intuit shows it will be available 2/18    fingers crossed!

The penalty waiver is on the 1099-R entry (scroll down) and you should bookmark this link for Forms release dates:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/proseries/forms-finder/

Use that to monitor things.

You need to file IRS Form 8915-E, but as of this time is just a draft, it will be release on February 18. The only one available in the program at this time is 8915 D.

I Efiled a 2019 return last October with an 8915-B included.
