Can Oregon returns be filed now? Has federal tax liability subtraction been fixed?

The federal tax subtraction calculation for Oregon has been fixed on my end, but I am still getting rejections from returns I submitted yesterday. Does anyone know when it will be ok to send the Oregon returns and have them go through? The error messages I received said to send them on the 17th, which is today. Has anyone tried yet? Are they going through?

Look at your returns, are they correct now?

They are correct. They were corrected yesterday afternoon. But I filed a few yesterday afternoon and they were rejected this morning.
