Backup problem 2020ty Proseries

Prepare total 300 tax returns +/- . When attempting to back up all tax returns to a flash drive or portable hard drive cannot scroll down to select all for backup . Paging down will not work . 

Has anyone else had this problem ?

So you cant access the clients at the bottom of your homebase list at all?

If youre in Homebase, you cant tag the one at the top of the list, then scroll down to the bottom, hold the SHIFT button and tag the last one (that should highlight all the files), then hit File > Client File maintenance > Backup?

There is an "ALL" button on the tool bar at the top between "Find Client" and "NONE".

That will tag all returns.

You can either right click "copy/backup"   or   file>client file maintenance>copy/backup

Yes, the "All" button on the tool bar did the job.
