Attempting to e-file return says "return not transmitted" with no error code or rejection detail. Any ideas on what is causing the problem?

Reboot your computer. Open up the files and run a review. Convert for e-filing and transmit, if that doesn’t do it we will have to figure out plan C.

I did try updating & rebooting.
Turned out, it was Schedule D worksheet.
I have 1099-B PDF attachments and apparently question needs to be checked "No".
I had checked "YES" and it wanted me to send attachments by mail.
That seemed to work and return was transmitted.
