I have 71 clients in my 2023 ProSeries Basic database. These show up under the 1040 Tab. However, today when I select my EF Clients tab no clients are displayed. I must have changed something but I have no clue what. How can I get back the EF client view of my client data?
Thanks.

Ok. After trying all of the links and suggestions offered, I decided to contact Intuit Support. I got a call within 5 minutes, got her linked into my screen and showed her my issue. Then she went through all of the knowledge base on her end. We were not able to determine why or how this happened. The solution ended up renaming the HomeBase folder in BaseWin23. Then after updating the software, we opened up the application which build a new HomeBase folder. This resolved the missing EF Client records problem. Cudos to Amanda in Intuit Support.

The tab between 1040 and Pay-by-Refund in the picture below. When I click on the 1040 tab or the eSignature tab, I get all of my clients.

Sorry, I missed that you were using Basic and the view is a different than the Pro Version. If you try to check for acknowledgements, does anything pop into the view after the acknowledgement process is done?

You can see if anything in the below link helps. If not, you might want to try calling support and you might be lucky enough to get a knowledgeable support person.
