RAM issues with intuit products

when I use intuit products (Proseries & QuickBooks), they repeated chew up available RAM on my

computer and I have to constantly optimize RAM so the the computer is functional. I only have this

problem with intuit software.  any known fixes??????

Buy more RAM?  It's relatively inexpensive, and not hard to install.

As the years have gone on, theyve become more and more of a resource hog...I reboot often, even with double the recommended specifications for RAM.
