Protect/Unprotect a client file

I have a file that is password protected and I want to remove the protection but can't remember how I did the protection originally.

Open the client file then select Tools > Add/Change Client Password

For Pros Series 2020 I can set a Master Password and then set a unique password to protect/access each client data file.

I now need to go back into Pro Series 2019 and set a Master Password.  But for Pro Series 2019 at the HomeBase View the Tools/Options list does not include Passwords as a choice.

Is there a work around to this?
