ProSeries Yr 2024 Form 1040 Client Information Worksheet is not allowing Efile State Drop-down box display state selection

Another question regarding Client Information Worksheet - Efile State Drop Down Box not allowing for show of the individual states to be listed. It does a fast partial display then closes. If try to type a State Code sometimes a State will stick, otherwise if try to change or look for another state mysterious state codes pop up. Becomes difficult to get it release.

Yes, the "X" is marked in the Efile State Box.

Both the ProSeries and Operating System have been updated.

Any ideas?

Did you try refreshing or repairing updates?

Yes, did an update before posting message; No, have not tried the Repair yet. Probably will have to call support. In the past, when program had to do repairs support ended up recreating the program folders and do a re-install. If find out more will re-post. Thank you for your ideas and answer.
