Check the directory you’re transferring from? If that’s not the problem are you getting an error? Did you confirm Hardware compatibility?
Do you know if the transfer bugs are worked out for 2021? Wondering if I can transfer now or I should wait another week or two.
For what it's worth, I'm still waiting. I rolled clients over to print organizers, but I am still holding tight on the actual tax return files.
