Are other people having difficulty with ProSeries support not having answers/solutions to questions? I've had issues with 2 state composite returns where I sent sanitized files to ProSeries to figure out the problem. The case continues to get elevated and I've been told multiple times someone will call me back...but there is no call back. I just called in again and was told people are still working on it and trying to solve the problem...this is 2 weeks later and they still haven't been able to help me. Earlier this week I was told by a tax manager at one of the states that ProSeries generates documents that make processing (at the state) much more difficult for them. It just seems ProSeries just isn't anywhere near the same quality product it once was. The only reason I have continued to use it is because I'm too old and don't want to change! But this will probably be my last year of using it!
I've had the need to call support twice this year. Both times the call was answered almost immediately, and the representatives were highly knowledgeable and very helpful. They rectified my issue. Sorry your experience has not been the same.
