I was working in my software that i just renewed proseries professional for 2022 and i was testing out the "Client Organizer" for one of my clients and when i went to print it, the software is charging me $12. I paid $2,600 for my software.. is this really accurate to have to pay $12 for an organizer? its my first time using that function.

If you only ordered 1040 Complete, the Organizer isnt included. If you only paid 2600, that sounds like what you ordered.
You can add unlimited organizers to your 1040 Complete package

The Power tax Library is the one that includes unlimited Organizers as well as business entity returns, with 1040 Complete, Business Entities are Pay Per Return as well.
