UPDATE: So after a while, the ProSeries is able to open but it takes a long time for it open. Normally, it opens relatively quickly after login. If anyone knows what the issue might be and how to resolve it, please let me know.

Does anyone know how to resolve the issue where the ProSeries does not respond after login? I attached an image of the issue.

This happens once in a while - I just close it and then try again - and it works for me.
Do you have any other software running in the background, like a cloud backup or another Intuit product?
PS is a resource hog, I make sure nothing else is running when I start up PS.
Hopefully, it works for me too.
I tried closing and re-opening ProSeries and also restarting/shutting down comp but it still takes a long time to load. Hopefully, the software will fix itself with time 🤞
For the heck of it, try clicking on your computer start menu and then select ProSeries. Then select tools - repair updates.
Open your Task Manager. In the search box, type "ProS". That is enough to bring up anything related to ProSeries that is running. Close them by right clicking and then hitting "end task". Exit Task manager. Now try to open program.
If something was there that you closed, the program should now open right away. If nothing was there, you have another issue and all the best dealing with customer service.
