Why is ProSeries closed...........keep calling, saying office closed.

I'm in PA and double checked their hours, which is when I'm calling, etc.

You posted twice before 6a.m. (PT) Pacific Time. Unlike IRS, Intuit does things by Pacific Time and not Local Time.
