Any Proseries Hosting experiencing speed slow down today? Normally no issues but today we are crawling

Ours is extremely slow today as well and as of now I am receiving an error every time I try to e-file a tax return.
It's an across-the-board issue. Proseries support is aware of it and working. Major headache for us
Proseries has now fixed this issue. This, however, was why I had bought this product; to avoid this kind of problem where my entire office sat around all day because the network was down. Would like to see a post from Proseries management what steps they have taken to (1) communicate this issue better and (2) make the product more bulletproof as advertised.
