We have been using the Proseries Hosted solution for about two months and are generally happy with it. We do find that about every 5 days Proseries completely freezes (not on all our desktops at the same time) and we have to close down the Right Networks dashboard, wait about 20 minutes since Right Networks keeps Proseries open even if you close the page and then log back into Right Networks since after 20 minutes Proseries will close itself.
