2023 version:
ProSeries continually crashes when I use print preview, just like last year. Additionally, I have a new problem this year: when I refresh the E-signature dashboard, it freezes and keeps circling.
Unfortunately, the expert on the phone is just wasting my time during these stressful days. ProSeries has not been able to solve this problem since last year. I am bringing this complaint here in the hope that you folks can help us transfer this problem to ProSeries for consideration.
"In my opinion, it is not acceptable to pay thousands of dollars and face these problems every day."
Just please transfer to Admin or however is in charge of the software engineering.
