Client is getting constant Open Tax Return - unable to read data Error Code 190
Restarts ProSeries 2021 and the clients open and work for 10 min 15min to 1 hour and happens again
We have run Proseries Tool Hub - repaired updates and Program problems
Happens on multiple computers on the same database and not to any on another company in the same office on a different database
They are extremely upset - Intuit has provided no solutions after 3 calls
Except to Re-Install
