The folks who use ProSeries (2019 and 2020) in our company have noticed for a week to two weeks that their ProSeries application hangs at the loading screen before they can get in every day for quite some time. Is this a known issue, or do we have a proposed solution we can try to fix this?
We use the network install.

All I know is, it's May 17th, and if you don't have all of your returns out or extended, I wouldn't even think about messing with it today. Actually, I wouldn't have even dared to think that thought out loud today because I would be afraid of jinxing myself and cause the program not to open at all. 😰
