Go to PRINT OPTIONS and select Control Which Forms Print - make sure you are on the correct "Select Return Type or Organizer" drop down list (shown to the right on that screen). You see that you can turn on or off the slip sheet.
Rather than used window envelopes, I print labels from the Home Base. Then I stick them on the envelopes.
