Some of my returns do not print the client's letters and some do. I have setup global printing to print letters on all. Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it? They have a video online to fix printing options but for older versions of ProSeries.
Well, that was my only guess. I know when I print while in the California return, I do not get the client presentation and I think I do not get the client letter either.
