This is in response to printing issued by n raynes. After seven calls, Eric did call back and resolve the issue. It should not take several frustrating hours and seven calls to get this or any type of issue resolved. Antionnete did try to help as well. We hope that Intuit will see this post and take steps to improve problems like this so that other customers will not have similar issues like this.
Having been a loyal Intuit customer since 1986, a response would be greatly appreciated.
