I am not able to print out a single copy of a client invoice, it prints fine with the return. Also when I convert and transmit returns, I cannot print out the acknowledgement report. Help!!!

If you are trying to print acknowledgement reports for 1040s, there are none. Returns are being held by Intuit until the IRS opens up on 2/12
