Intuit charged my $4,600 for a forty six dollar a state estate return. You CANNOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE. Like many of you, I am working SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, often 14 or more hours a day. Intuit - you are A$$HOLES.

Someone else reported a similar situation a few days ago....looks like decimal points aren't Intuits strong point.
Id call the phone number that shows up on the credit card statement next to the charge. If no answer, with that number, dispute it with the credit card company.

After about my 30th attempt, I got 'Michelle' on the phone. It took about 40 minutes, but it is getting fixed.
Glad you are getting it fixed but the larger number would help Intuit's profit and stock price.
This year has the 'new and improved' way to pay PPR; aren't you glad it is working so well?
