In 2021 is the 1120S, 1065 & 1120 going to have the Philadelphia Business forms BIRT & Net Profits tax
available on the Pa forms list. The City of Philadelphia is requiring mandatory Efiling for the 2021 tax returns.
These forms are already on the Individual 1040 Pa side and have been for years.
