.pdf scan imports

Anyone else noticing that there are significant delays in scanned .pdf imports to be available for use in their ProSeries software. It's generally less than an hour. So far this year it's more like 5 or more. It's already putting me behind in my work.

Imports aren't worth the hassle, the upload time then you need to verify that it picked everything up correctly,  you can punch them in manually quicker.

Been using it for years and can't disagree more. Product is far from perfect but definitely increased productivity. I can task office workers to scan and have things ready to go rather than having more skilled workers spending their time on data entry. You are confirming that the information scanned is correct rather than entering it by hand. Much easier on my fingers and joints and I've had many less mistakes pop up since I have been using it. Used to have to go home at night and put an ice pack on my fingers to keep the swelling down from all the 10 key work. No more...happy to have it and worth every penny.
