Partnership Schedule K-2 and K-3

I have a partnership with no income only deductions. The partnership has a corporate partner so the domestic filing exception does not apply. When I enter the expenses on Schedule K-2 I get an error that says "Sch K-3 Part II, 'Total Gross Income' or 'Total Deductions' must have a value greater than zero when filing electronically". "Total Deductions" does have a value greater than zero. How do I resolve this error?
