I keep getting return error messages that my Paid Preparer Information needs to be entered for Electronic Filing. When I try to fix this, it says I need to verify my renewal status of my 2022 ProSeries. I have done this, but it still gives me this message. What gives????
You can either wait for a bunch of suggestions here or call tech support in AM. They have the tools to resolve your issue. Id vote for a good nights sleep or move on to work on other returns
