PA S-Corporation returns

I inquired the PA Revenue Department regarding PA Revenue ID.  The answer was that "PA Revenue ID" is required only for C-Corporation, not for S-Corporation.  Hence, I think, since that question is highlighted when e-filing, it could be a programming error!  Alternatively, I when I fill the column with "1111111111", this will allow me to e-file the PA S-Corp return for now.
