    Hi,

One of my client's W2 has no OT in Box no 14, however last paystub states she had an overtime of $10500 for year  to date. So i have to take the 1/3rd of this amount right? Where do i enter the amount?

Try entering the total overtime on line 14c

Scroll down a bit on the W-2 worksheet and you will find a section for entering overtime.

I see that , so you are suggesting to enter the amount directly on line 14d , Part VII.
