Opening ProSeries 2019

I can't open ProSeries 2019 when offline.  Never had this issue with other ProSeries tax years.  Need to be able to sign in offline when on the road or at a client's location.

Not sure why, but have you ever considered using your phone to create a hotspot so you can be online?

You need at least one successful sign in Online, before it will allow you to sign in Offline.  Did you sign in once while connected to wi-fi?

I just tested it on my system, disconnected wi-fi, closed the program and restarted, I logged in offline just fine.
