ONE FILE FROM 2017 WILL NOT TRANSFER TO 2018

Could be a corrupt file or it just could be Intuit.  Open up the federal and state file in 2017.  After it has had a chance to stretch its legs, try transferring it again.  If that doesn't work try making a copy of it in 2017 and then try transferring the copy.  If that doesn't work, you might have to start from scratch for 2018.
