The software is including the IT RC Ohio Resident Credit twice, on amended returns, when it is not required. The first one has the taxpayer name and 2020 for the tax year. The second has no name and 2006 for the tax year. These clients only work in Ohio, no other states, so the forms have no purpose.
I can eliminating them from printing, since Ohio can not accept efiled amendments, but it would be more efficient if Intuit could just do it correctly. I know, I'm wishing for the impossible again, so just passing along the general info for others.

@The-Tax-Lady thanks for the info tax lady... I think they place much more emphasis on the federal than the states... Ohio is a big state and you would think there are a lot of preparers in Ohio that use intuit.... it's not limited to the individual module only, on West Virginia corporate return it appears you have to manually do the nol carry forward schedule...
