North Carolina Military

Opfor77
Level 4

Husband is active duty military in North Carolina.  Husband & wife's legal state of residence is Tennessee.   The wife (non military) receives a W-2, but NC took out $215 state income tax.  According to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, the wife is not supposed to have her wages taxed by NC.  Does anybody know where on the nonresident NC tax return to make the adjustment to get her $215 back?
