I've e-filed a few returns thus far and have generally not had any issues. I have two federal returns that have been marked as 'Return Received by Intuit' since 2/25/19. Updating the status in the EF center has not changed anything.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Tech support has a long wait time and I don't see the chat button in the 2018 software. Did they do away with this?
I did read this this article - https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1609505-ef-status-shows-return-transmitted-no-ackn...
which seems to indicates that "If an updated EF Status is returned for the filing, for example "Return Received at Intuit" or "Return Accepted", the return was successfully received by the Intuit Electronic Filing Center. The issue impacting the return only affected the delivery of the updated EF Status and your return was successfully submitted for electronic processing. No further issues should be experienced. Please wait for the returns acknowledgment to be returned in the near future."
This is great news but does not help me fix the issue.
Thanks

Some that are stuck at Intuit are because of this.

They should be rejected early next week so they can be "fixed" by an update and resubmitted.

Pro series support was absolutely no help with this issue. Tax returns on their server for days with the same status 'received by intuit'. Support wants to have access to our computers to see 'our' problem when clearly the idiots managing their servers have the problem...it gets worse every year.
