Has anyone set up North Carolina, or other state, electronic withdrawal for individual tax due and not had the amount withdrawn from the client's account? The return designated the amount due be withdrawn July 15th and it hasn't been processed as of July 31st. Client's account and routing number was confirmed. I presume this is either a ProSeries software/user or state processing error. I'm contacting North Carolina Department of Revenue today but would like to know if others have experienced the same.
