    Problem getting into the program today

    I have tried to get 2017 and 2018 Pro Series Professional and it just hung on me.  So I did a shut down and turned it back on and I am having the same problem.  Is anyone else having a problem getting into either 2017 or 2018 today?

    IRMN:  I guess this goes to prove, The problem here is between the mouse and the chair.  Thanks for trying.  I will figure out what is going on here.

    Not sure what was going on.  I shut the computer down and fully removed power to it.  I waited 2 minutes.  Then I rebooted and waited 2 minutes once it was up and then made sure I could connect to all my network drives and everything worked.  This must have been a eye d ten t error (id10t).

    That can be a tough error to correct.
