This year the military retirement/survivor benefit deduction is suppose to be available to any age, however, even putting M on the 1099-R worksheet in the state code and only those over 60 does the deduction enter on the Indiana Schedule 2. For those over 60, works fine.

This is strange. I have the most recent updates and when I have a taxable pension on the Federal Return with code M for the State Use Code it always flows to the Schedule D line 11 code 632 for Military Retirement Income. I tried with both over and under 60. If there was no taxable amount on the Federal it didn't flow. For this issue it may be best if contact technical support at 800-434-6818 to determine why it's not flowing for you.
